Error in the addon.

I am encountering an error when I click on "Check FraudClient."
From what I can tell, it may be happening because there is no report linked to that account. However, in this case, it should ideally return a response rather than throwing an error.


Could you please look into this?

I'm having trouble understanding the purpose of all the features on your website. Can you explain how to use it?

When you query identifiers(names, username, ip, email, etc), it searches the database for a match. If there is a match it will show you in the report. For data privacy though, all identifiers are hashed one way, so only you know what the data says.

Client Watches allows you so add certain identifiers you’d like to be alerted about should someone report them.

Eventually, hopefully sooner than later, I’ll get some help articles typed up.

It's going to be a compatibility issue with that version. We are going to look into fixing it. Are you unable to upgrade versions?

I tested the new version 1.0.6 with xenforo 2.2.16 and I was not presented with any errors. Please upgrade to 1.0.6 and test again.
